When can I expect my order?

Wegens vakantie zullen wij, de nu bestelde items,  vanaf 8 Augstus weer verzenden!

Bestellingen geplaatst op werkdagen voor 15:00 uur, worden dezelfde dag verzonden. Gepersonaliseerde producten kunnen 1-8 dagen duren, afhankelijk van het product die jij hebt besteld. Echter streven we ernaar om alles zo snel mogelijk te verzenden.

U ontvangt een verzendbewijs met een Track&Trace code nadat uw bestelling is verzonden. Uw pakket wordt bezorgd door PostNL.

Orders placed before 15:00pm, on a business day, will be shipped the same day. Personalized products may take 1-3 days to ship. However, we strive to ship everything as quickly as possible. After shipping, you will receive a track&trace code. Your order will be delivered by PostNL. Weekends and holidays are an exception to this rule.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

When you place an order above €75,- you pay no shipping costs. Do you place an order under €75,-? Then an amount of €4,95 will be added to your total amount.

Can I track the status of my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the Track & Trace code to track your package.

My package has not been delivered, what to do?

It may be that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first look carefully at the track and trace code. Herein is indicated when the package will be delivered.

If the track and trace code indicates something strange you can contact our customer service. Our customer service will help you further.
