Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products purchased through our webshop.

Within what time frame will my return shipment be processed?

We will refund the purchase price, including any (standard) outbound shipping costs, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you do not wish to purchase the goods. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or if you have proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Within how many days can I return my items?

You can return your order within 14 days after placing it. However, it is only possible to return a product if it is undamaged and in the original packaging. The product must be sent back by Track & Trace. This is for your own account. You must send an email to klantenservice@tres-amsterdam.com to register your return.

EXCEPTION:

Personalized products cannot be returned!!!

What is the cost of returning my items?

The return costs are at your own expense.

What kind of warranty do I have on my purchase?

For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be that which the consumer may reasonably expect from it.
